22-23 April 2021. Full report capture, from Tomsk; Data void from 19-05UTC.
There are multiple theories on what the cause of these data voids might be.
The technical protocol is to first check the power. Is the machine turned on? Is the power cable plugged-in?
Is the data cable from the amplifier feed plugged-in?
The Schumann resonance detection is a rather complex operation, that has multiple smaller sub-systems working towards the overall goal of detecting the very subtle Schumann resonances.
We consider the simplest explanations first.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.
One of the possible explanations is that a local signal overwhelmed the SR signal that it was looking to detect. This created noise, which the filters removed.
This could be caused by local power faults in the computer processing system, which plots the spectro-, to be posted in real time online.
One possible explanation is that they are doing needed maintainance on the system...after recent "oddball results" in the meter readings, in Mode 2 (perhaps?)
This is a real-time running streaming, yet the server necessary to take this image ultimately, is beyond the control of the University. There may be issues beyond those of which are fixable by the excellent Graduate students, and faculty of Tomsk's S.O.S.
