In the following parts, we will be discussing why frequencies are not actually rising; and why you should be grateful they aren't.

Thank you all for being here.
This is adopted from an essay I published approximately a year ago. So, I'm shoe-horning it into the series. We'll have to see how well I can do that, smoothly. It's a work-in progress.
Before discussing rising frequencies, a baseline must be met. What is the standard?
I have been introducing lessons in vocabulary. The next chapter, which is more of a book to itself, is on Frequency and "rising frequencies."
A shared vocabulary is a lexicon. Lexicon comes from building collective, real-world experiences together, pulling meaning from our commonly-used words. As often as these phrases seem to be used, little understanding is given to what they mean, practically-speaking.
Simply knowing words is not enough to carry the day. What do we actually know? What does the word actually mean, which I'm using, to describe a certain something?
Is the phrase I'm using appropriate to accurately describe a certain something--whether it's a natural, real-world phenomena, or a personal experience; Or, is there a better, more appropriate one that can be used? How important is a word, or phrase, in building the belief system necessary to travel down one's chosen pathway?
There is a rhetorical, abstract, imaginary layer of experiences in this body, mediated by the cerebrum (upperbrain) which includes its portion of language-expression. language, and words of some type become necessary to share our experiences with others.
There can literally be a chasm between what people say, and what their meaning is. We can tell, as with the case of the two leaders of the USA, that people can talk, but say nothing. These are example of higher frequency functioning: abstracted, disconnected word jargon, ungrounded, unconnected to the physical reality.
The less-connected, the higher the frequency, is the calculus.
There needs to be a personal affiliation with the words, relative to our collective, group experience. Developing the physical association to the particular rhetoric being used, is the primary way to assure purity in the language.
English does not have its numerical counter-parts like other languages, as a check-sum for error-reduction. English is a language with little-to-no failsafe mechanisms to insure its purity of intention, meaning.
A different protocol with English and the Phoenetic languages need to be adopted. Seems fitting, at this point, to introduce the Etheric Tech's principles and protocols to dealing with the dismantling of the linguistics.
As we are moving forwards, I wanted to introduce more basic concepts for people to get a better understanding of, relative to the technical-side of the atmospheric resonances.
How do I separate the "schumann frequencies" from the rabble of bad, misinformative language which would otherwise derail a good, well-intentioned person, simply trying to follow their proper pathway?
A Word On Frequency.
Frequency is a word which is misused, often.
Frequency has traditionally mean the measurement of peak to peak event; such as a wave, which is measured crest-to-crest. Frequency has traditionally been used to describe peak-to-peak.
Now-a-days, frequency simply refers to anything in motion. However, when we talk about motion, it's relative to the thing moving, and that which is stationary.
What is actually in motion? emotions, feelings, inspiration, wishful-thinking? Timelines? Exactly what is in motion, and how would one go about measuring the thing in motion?
Straight-line frequency is velocity, or speed; as measured in kilometers per hour, eg. Amplitude frequency is straight line movement, which is measured as Intensity, on the pico deci-Bel scale.
Resonance is a standing wave, or harmonic frequency. This is closer to sympathetic vibrations; where it shares space, and does not propagate, as a wave properly might.
Harmonics come as a series, usually. Such is the case of the Schumann resonances. Harmonics are like "buzzing", or a "humming." Resonance harmonics are like a runner jogging in place.

What is the "Schumann resonance signal"?
'Signal' is a word used to describe a defined segment of the 'overall spectrum' [the "general information" of the entire spectrum]. Schumann resonances are atmospheric harmonics defined as the range between 0.3 to 46 (possibly 52) Hertz harmonic.
When measuring the Schumann Resonances, there is both an amplitude, and a quality element; in addition to the measure of peak-to-peak distance. These contributing factors are called 'dependencies'.
These dependencies are tracked by means of a series of MODES. A mode is a relative comparison between the size, and shape of the Amplitude, in comparison to the Quality.
The Mode is a theoretical model of the size and shape of the waveform; expressing the constraints of the actual waveform of the FUNDAMENTAL. The Fundamental is the originating wave(s) initial frequency. In our case, the fundamental frequency is 10 .5 Hertz, which is the frequency of light travelling around the sphere of the planet. In a second, it has made 10+ trips around the globe; thereby creating a series of harmonics in the atmosphere, as a result
The "dependency" is the raw data, which is the signal that is actually measured by the antenna hardware.
Amplitude is the electric-side of the EMF signal. Quality is the magnetic flux of the EMF signal.
Resonance is a standing wave; which is also called an interference pattern. Resonances happen as a result of two fundamental waves. which interfere with each other.
Harmonics are a series of resonances: the first harmonic is 7.8 Hertz; followed by ~14.1 Hz; followed by ~20.7 Hz; followed by ~27.1 Hz; followed by ~33.3 Hz; followed by ~39.9 Hz. Schumann resonances are a series of atmospheric harmonics
Schumann resonances are atmospheric electromagnetic standing waves, which bounce around in the atmosphere between the ionosphere and the earth's surface.
Schumann resonances occur in the space between the Earth's surface (Earth ground), and the ionosphere.
Schumann resonances are atmospheric electro-magnetics, which stay "stationed" within the atmosphere.

Frequency.
"Frequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit of time.[1]
It is also referred to as temporal frequency, which emphasizes the contrast to spatial frequency and angular frequency.
Frequency is measured in hertz (Hz) which is equal to one occurrence of a repeating event per second.
The period is the duration of time of one cycle in a repeating event, so the period is the reciprocal of the frequency.[2]
For example: if a newborn baby's heart beats at a frequency of 120 times a minute (2 hertz), its period, T—the time interval between beats—is half a second (60 seconds divided by 120 beats).
Frequency is an important parameter used in science and engineering to specify the rate of oscillatory and vibratory phenomena, such as mechanical vibrations, audio signals (sound), radio waves, and light."

Velocity.
"The velocity of an object is the rate of change of its position with respect to a frame of reference, and is a function of time. Velocity is equivalent to a specification of an object's speed and direction of motion (e.g. 60 km/h to the north).
Velocity is a fundamental concept in kinematics, the branch of classical mechanics that describes the motion of bodies.
Velocity is a physical vector quantity; both magnitude and direction are needed to define it.
The scalar absolute value (magnitude) of velocity is called speed, being a coherent derived unit whose quantity is measured in the SI (metric system) as metres per second (m/s) or as the SI base unit of (m⋅s−1).
For example, "5 metres per second" is a scalar, whereas "5 metres per second east" is a vector.
If there is a change in speed, direction or both, then the object has a changing velocity and is said to be undergoing an acceleration."

Oscillation.
"Oscillation is the repetitive variation, typically in time, of some measure about a central value (often a point of equilibrium) or between two or more different states. The term vibration is precisely used to describe mechanical oscillation. Familiar examples of oscillation include a swinging pendulum and alternating current.
Oscillations occur not only in mechanical systems but also in dynamic systems in virtually every area of science: for example the beating of the human heart (for circulation), business cycles in economics, predator–prey population cycles in ecology, geothermal geysers in geology, vibration of strings in guitar and other string instruments, periodic firing of nerve cells in the brain, and the periodic swelling of Cepheid variable stars in astronomy."

Resonance.
Resonance describes the phenomenon of increased amplitude that occurs when the frequency of a periodically applied force (or a Fourier* component of it) is equal or close to a natural frequency of the system on which it acts. When an oscillating force is applied at a resonant frequency of a dynamical system, the system will oscillate at a higher amplitude than when the same force is applied at other, non-resonant frequencies.[3]
Frequencies at which the response amplitude is a relative maximum are also known as resonant frequencies or resonance frequencies of the system.[3] Small periodic forces that are near a resonant frequency of the system have the ability to produce large amplitude oscillations in the system due to the storage of vibrational energy.
Resonance phenomena occur with all types of vibrations or waves: there is mechanical resonance, acoustic resonance, electromagnetic resonance, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), electron spin resonance (ESR) and resonance of quantum wave functions. Resonant systems can be used to generate vibrations of a specific frequency (e.g., musical instruments), or pick out specific frequencies from a complex vibration containing many frequencies (e.g., filters).
The term resonance (from Latin resonantia, 'echo', from resonare, 'resound') originated from the field of acoustics, particularly the sympathetic resonance observed in musical instruments, e.g., when one string starts to vibrate and produce sound after a different one is struck.
Another example, electrical resonance, occurs in a circuit with capacitors and inductors because the collapsing magnetic field of the inductor generates an electric current in its windings that charges the capacitor, and then the discharging capacitor provides an electric current that builds the magnetic field in the inductor. Once the circuit is charged, the oscillation is self-sustaining, and there is no external periodic driving action.
This is analogous to a mechanical pendulum, where mechanical energy is converted back and forth between kinetic and potential, and both systems are forms of simple harmonic oscillators.

Relating Schumann Resonances To "Ascension"(?) Through The Rhetoric.
Frequency properly is used to designate peak events over time, or cycles per second; such as a wave, which moves in a horizontal fashion.
Amplitude is vertical frequency, or Intensity, measured as deci-Bels of electron-Volts.
Spikes relative to the spectrogram are scaled vectors, based upon the limitations of the scope itself.
Resonant frequency is the difference between two fundamental, or originating waves, called “wavefronts”. These fundamentals run into and over each other repeatedly, causing interference patterns, called “standing waves”. These are quasi-stationary, meaning they oscillate in-situ, or in place in the atmosphere.
Harmonics are a series of resonances, which are splitting-off from the original primary resonance into a harmonic set of evenly-spaced resonant frequency variants; in this case its “differential frequency”, separation between the resonant harmonics is 6.6 Hz. Again, this is a difference, or differential, in the series; as the fundamentals continue to break-up against each other.
Frequency, as given in the standard measurement of radio waves is the distance in kilometers, over time. The number values given in the dependence from Tomsk is a measure of kilometers; this is not the resonant frequency.
Frequency of the electric scale of a person is separated by 10 Hz. Each of your primary energy center portals ('the chakras') operates in 10 Hz differentials. These are harmonics points of the clay-body vessel, the adamu.
Frequency as periodicity, of heart rate function; synchronization of body centers with states of brain activity: called “coherence.”
Sympathetic vibrations are the best way of looking at this phenomena; essentially it's where one base resonance was moved to meet another, stronger base resonance
There's a cohesion to an attractor between these two other-resonating frequencies.
The Schumann frequencies, of ~7.8/~14.4/~21 Hz are stationary "radio tones" humming in the background; Generally unnoticed, because they are so weak (pico- range) in intensity and strength.
The "spirit", or soul of the human, which is inhabiting, animating the life form of the adamu, or "clay body" of the human being/human entity, does have an electro-magnetic quality to it. The essence of the soul, the soul-body, the light-vessel is that of concentrated, rarified light, which is, of course, electromagnetic in its potentiality and activation. EMF is the principle, force, holding together in cohesion the potentiated light of the spiritual ether.
The spirit itself is of a type of light that's rarified of source. Yet, the descent into matter, the ability to match emf resonance with the body, allows for a range of frequencies to exists co-independently. The etheric bodies require a certain type of energy and light, which that of the life force embedded into the material matrix of the Earth-birth body of the adamu, is another matter. This is a low frequency affair.
Schumann resonances are constrained to certain frequencies, +/-0.5Hz. This means that the Schumann frequencies ~7.8/~14.4/~21 Hz are going to remain consistent at these frequencies, within their given allowances.
Ascension properly means that the Agreed-upon Contract is completed, within the course of this lifetime. This has alot more to do with proper decision-making, than it does aligning the lowest frequencies to your lower chakra centers.
Common misperception of ascension, as it's been revealed to me is: the spirit of the human moving into a light body, as a removed state away from, not containing Earth's material essences. Light body becomes the fixated vessel to this crowd. It's yet another acquisition, as if it were an automobile; granted as a gift from the Universe, simply for being born alive at this time. Earth-school is 3D world, which is of course evil, and we are going to ascend out of Earth into the light body vehicle, as soon as we pass-on from this timeline, in this body.
Or something similar. There's more to this, it's simply a summary of what I've gathered to this point. As a principle, nowhere do I find any discussion of completion of the Contract, as a human entity, in Earth school. Generally, in the "ascension" community, I'm the only one who's discussing this. ,,,and I'm not really "in" the ascension community. I have simply completed my own personal "ascension".
There's a beautiful principle at play: keep your head where your feet are. Stay grounded in your thinking, in other words. We will be discussing why this is important in future parts of this series. However. grounding one's self is keeping lower frequencies.
The Universe is not going to be cheated, nor short cut. There is a minimum amount of clearing and karmic varnish that needs to be transmuted, rarified in this process, in order for the Light body vessel vehicle to be hardened, and "real" enough to allow movement beyond Earth's free will zone.
Without getting into one's personal Contract, there's not a firm understanding of the work requisite building this vessel. It's a physical thing... just not in the form, or shape of Gaia's material substances; which are the chemical bonds, as ordered by sacred geometry, as applied through the will and intention of consciousness.
Gaia Herself is intelligent, along with her constituent elements. Consciously-formed shapes, geometrical items, whatever material assemblages we put together to build stuff, there is a cohesion to everything we make, because the molecules, and atoms are intelligent. They respond to intelligent design, whether Earth's or Humans'.
Hopefully, this gives us an overview of what I'm going to be addressing in this series. I had to modify this some-what, but I think it's a perfect introduction to where we are going with this topic.
