Code is a seed or kernel , a package of consciousness, intelligence designed to unpack, or release information useful when external conditions allow. Consciousness itself is a living facet of Prime Source Creator. Contained with the spark-of-life is innate, inherent consciousness. 
It is not the protein molecules which are intelligent. 
Rather it is the intelligent light which binds the molecules as the animating principle (the Shakti Energy), which permits Prana, the Breath-of-life. 
Language is a fractal calving of the Divine breath of life, manifestation of the Logos. 
It is the opening of the veil ("veil of forgetting") which allows for the free-flow of the Logos to anchor, root-in areas where there is sufficient positive-alignment in that area. A
 minimum threshhold of positivity need exist in a given area, in order to provide "fertile ground" for release and unpacking of these codes. 
 
Synchronic simply means "occuring at the same time, or simultaneously." Fourth Density is the point where time stops behaving in a linear, predictable fashion. 
Time is no longer "on time." Fourth density would have time as a unique dimension, unfettered from the requisite of space. 
Linear time underpins, and makes possible the first three "dimensions", or densities, as predicable foundations of reality. 
Predictable reality forms the underpinning of 3rd density physicality. Time, operating independently as a non-linear dimension, (or vibrational octave) is the beginning of fourth Density (4D); which comes with "time control," or "impeccable timing" (being magically in the right time at the right place) as the manifestations of this density. 
Synchronistic events are manifestations that a CODE has been released in that general area, due to the presence of the abundance of positive (light-bearing)-alignment of a given area. 
The observer plays a crucial role in all of this, of releasing, and embodying these synchronicities observed as codes. 
That one experiences observation of these codes, indicates that a code has been released, and activated in that area. 
Either the immediate observer, or other-than immediate conscious observer with higher resonance, has been used to receive these codes. Synchronicities are intersections , or vectors, of different dimensions, densities, resonances; which gets manifested as: "chance," "luck," "magic," "miraculous," "the supernatural," impeccable timing, intuition, telepathy, a winning streak, or other non-linear occurences. Different types of synchronicities exist. 
Most folks starting their Ascension pathway get introduced to numerical synchronicites first, because these are the most obvious.  These are the codes on which I am focusing in this post. 

Other method of code delivery, comes in a fashion i call "spirit of the radio." 
Identical word introduced from separate sources. 
An example is when two people "randomly" say the same word at the same time;When reading a word or phrase, this word gets spoken by another;when watching a media broadcast, the identical word gets spoken by another. 

Other synchronicities : Omens, or "signs" such as the sudden appearance of an animal, or a feather, or physical manifestation is a synchronicity. Sudden appearance of a person one was "just thinking about.
"Alignments of celestial bodies,  are obviously sychronicities.  

Two, or more, individuals choosing the same colour; 
Or outfit...simply because it made one feel better.
Numerical synchronicities.
Numerical Codes are repeating numbers. 

For example: Computer code is binary, either 1 or 0 ; 
Quantum computer code is a 1, 0, or super-position (both, or neither); Musical code are recognized in chords and time signatures--musicians definitely will give you the numerical equivalent of the chord letter codes. 
These are some notable examples of numerical codes, in everyday usage, which may be easily-overlooked. 
Sudden appearance of bus # 222, for example; Or, if the bus number has a similar set to the license plate. 
Number and letters are code for transmitting intelligent energy. 
Numerical synchronicities (codes released over time) are symbolic of principles established, at work in that area.
