16 Sept 2021. Staying Grounded

This is an unordered list of suggestions and techniques to try to help a person to stay grounded, during these insanely stressful times.


Make time to shut off Electronics. Schedule mandatory off time at the beginning and at the end of your day.


Keep a dream journal. Have a pad and paper by your bed so these can be logged upon one's wakening. Schedule this time into your day.


In all that you do, be present and aware.


Implement regular rest and sleep time routines, to allow for full rejuvenation of the bodies.


Start rituals of meditation. Meditation is simply mindfulness. Yet, meditation is the quiet time where we ask our internal chatter to be still, and ask logical mind to take a break, thus opening a clear channel to Prime Source and Spirit, for guidance.

Prayer may be raising-up our hearts, our vibrations, aligning our will with the heart of Prime Source Creator, where we go in request of help for those things beyond our control. Meditation may be seen as holding our hearts steady and true, while we silently listen in our hearts for our pathway to follow to find our resolution.


Reduce all external stressors, and distractions where ever possible. This may involve leaving a toxic situation. This may include imposing a Vow Of Silence on someone.

Do not over-burden yourself with extra work, thinking there will be some future pay-off. That which is overburdening you is going-away, along with 3D. If you put all your efforts into future rewards of a thing which is going away, what have you invested your time in, really?

What good is it for a man to gain the world, but lose his soul?


Do an over-abundance of that which brings joy and happiness.


Reward your spiritual growth, your spiritual and emotional clearing, with ice cream, or donuts. I find i need that after releasing all sorts of poisons stored in my etheric or emotional bodies.


Enjoy food. Eat what is nutritious, sure ... but eat for your body. Treat yourself, your body like a friend. Listen to him/her/it.


Maintain a sketchpad. Or a journal. Schedule-in time to allow your creative side to manifest.

Believe it is important for you to allow your creative-side to manifest.

Allow yourself to believe you have a creative side.


Hold to the principle of a "functional perfection." In baseball, a .400 average is perfect. This means the hitter hit 400 out of 1,000 balls, to gain perfection. If professional baseball can ignore 600 "misses" as being irrelevant, then you can define your own Functional Perfection.

My Functional Perfection is at 93%. Find me something correct 93% of the time, i will be willing to call it perfect, or at least "perfect enough."


Crying. Allow yourself the time, place and ability to release your emotions through the tear ducts

Please, please, please, as a personal favor to me, and Spirit, do not ever apologize, nor feel bad in anyway for crying, or weeping. Do not stop its healing process for anyone, anytime, ever. Those teardrops are all yours, you have earned every drop of them. It is a protective biological function that should not be interrupted, ever, for any reason.

Weeping. Release of held-in, dammed-up emotional trauma, hurts, damage is cathartic, necessary for growth; with it comes weeping tears which are necessary to the healing process in a way that nothing else compares.

If a persons' eyes have witnessed trauma, then the protective biological function of the clearing liquid of the teardrop needs to be allowed to assist in the emotional body's clearing process. Crying tears repair the spirit's tear.


Allow yourself to feel deeply. This is why you incarnated here, to feel feelings, and emote them to others.

The human experience is one of feelings, emotions, intuition, super-sensory things.

Logic and reasoning is based in the spongy material of the brain ; thinking and reasoning is simply one more sense based on the brain organ. Let go of the need to "make sense" of things, and simply be "at sense" with one's surroundings.


Impose a VOW OF SILENCE on toxic, or just-plain stupid people. Stupid is not a factual designation, its simply a matter of beliefs.

Be mindful in what you speak: say-forth what you do want to see happen; do not speak-forth what you do not want to see happen. Intentions go forth before the words are formed.

Work on being selective in the dialog one maintains with self, and others. Adopt a language and a lexicon of love. Start to remove hurtful, polarize, duality- consciousness words from your internal dialog. If you would not say it to or about another person, don't do it to yourself.

Be a friend to yourself in your thinking, and mental space.


Practice mindfulness in all things at all times. Enter a moment, recognize this is 'a moment', move through the moment, close-out the moment being grateful for the closure of that moment. Make sure to be mindful of your breathing


A good technique to use with friends, co workers who get worked-up easily, is to listen patiently as long as you can endure, without getting involved in anyway, because it has nothing to do with you. However, when pressed directly for a resolution, you can say this : "Come in off the ledge, close the window, have a seat, lets talk, do you prefer tea, or coffee?"


Breathing. Mindful, ever mindful of taking- in deep breaths of air when stressed. Try this basic mindfulness technique : Breath in with the nose to a count of 5, hold for a 5 count, breathe out through the mouth to a nice steady 5 count , followed by a hold of 5 count.

Repeat as often as necessary.


Specific grounding meditation technique:

Picture at your center, or core, the gem of your spirit body, your diamond heart is connected through an invisible, yet infinitely strong cord which attaches your center into the middle of the Earth, at which place lay a large basketball or beach ball-sized perfect clear crystal (or whichever is your favorite), which is in the crystalline heart of Gaia.

One end is securely tethered to the core of the planet. The other end is connected directly to Source, through the astral opening in the top of your head. Picture this cable connection in any colour.

Go for broke, and declare this cable as being permanently affixed between Source, you, and Gaia.


Seek balance as a guiding principle.


Release the toxins in your life, whether a relationship, or bad habit, now is the time. The Conscious Intelligent Universe wants you to succeed, greatly. Now, you simply need to want to succeed as much.


If you must bring home work, don't do it in your sanctuary. Declare your bathroom and bedroom to be a sanctuary.

Find your sacred spaces, and honour them with your willing, conscious intentions.


Best advised to ignore: cable programming, internet, newspapers, tabloids, news in general, current events.


Hopefully, some of these suggestions may be found useful during stressed times.
