12 April 2021. Observations On The Schumann Resonance Harmonics ; VLF-LF data from Cumiana as well
Let us summarize what are the Schumann Resonances,
as measured by spectrogram and dependencies, at Tomsk State University.

Daily Reading.
Current conditions:
Amplitude has been relatively calm throughout the entire day, excepting a peak at around 9UTC, which is 16 local time(4pm). This follows another, nearly identical spike the approximate time, 24 hours earlier.
This burst is a synchronous mode spike. This means that the 4 modes are all experiencing a uniform bandwidth of signal across the spectrum being measured. This would indicate a higher position in the ionosphere the signal's coming from.
Quality is the magnetic, or horizontal reading of the actual Schumann Resonances. The atmospheric "hum" , or "ringing" is the Schumann resonances themselves.
Generally, Quality is alot like watcdhing the ocean; there is a constant activity of the waves bouncing up and down. Some days are more active, and stormier than others. What I am looking for is not the rhythmical "bouncing" of quality, but specific peaks or dips that line-up with amplitude spikes, or activities.
More properly, I am looking to see the activity measured in Amplitude, to compare it with Quality, and swee how these are interacting with each other, across the 4 Modes..
Number values of the Modes, as given at the peak event, for the particular day I'm reporting this.
Amplitude spike at 9UTC
Amplitude: A1(white)~26 ; A2(yellow)~16 ; A3(red)~11.6 ; A4(green)~8.1.
Quality: Q1(white)~7.8 ; Q2(yellow)~5.8 ; Q3(red)~9.5 ; Q4(green)~9.5.
Frequency: F1(white)~7.9 ; F2(yellow)~14.2 ; Q3(red)~19.9 ; F4(green)~24.36 (dip, actually).
Amplitude. Measurement of Intensity, or heighth of the signal; which is called the Vertical Conductivity; measured in units of deci-Bels of Pico-electron-Volts. [A "pico-" is -15 decimal places, so these number values technically are in the negative values; because they are such subtle/weak forces.] A di-pole type antenna is used to measure Amplitude.
Quality. Magnetic flux; which I call the horizontal frequency, which is the wave function of peak-to-peak measurement; as measured in pico=Teslas. The intermagnetic planetary link in measured in nano-Teslas. Induction coils are used to measure Quality.
Frequency. Standard means of measuring wavelengths, in terms of meters, or kilometers in this case. The frequency measurements are of the actual waves themselves, and not the resonant harmonics. The spectrogram shows the horizontal bands, which are the resonant harmonics, of the Schumann-series.
Modes 1-4 . These are the four basic colors [white, yellow, red, green] used to plot the spectrogram, which is a composite of the dependencies, which are above given. Mode is a relatively complex ratio of wave size and shapes, in comparison between the Amplitude and the Quality.
Dark blue (navy) background. The darkest blue of the chart represents the :fair weather at-rest condition" of the atmosphere. Regularly, the area of the specrogram between the 33 harmonic to 40 Hertz (the cap of the chart) is the dark blue. The coloring of the spectrogram is based of the subtractive of dark-blue, into the direction of the reporting depencency, such as white, during clear amplitude bursts.
White mode light. Strong, clear amplitude spikes will peak in the white mode (#1), due to the narrow wave-form that this mode is measuring. The shape of the wave, as a high-charge (positive charge, high voltage) gets plotted as a strong white on the spectrogram. Beneath this, however, is also a supporting yellow, which further emphasizes a white characteristic to the spectrogram report.
Spectrogram. Composite plotting of the above-detailed dependencies, in their modes. Horizontal bands represent the actual Schumann resonances. Resonant harmonics are a series of standing waves, which are caused by emf waves bouncing into one another, to create standing wave patterns, along a spectrum, or range of frequencies. There is not just a frequency, there is also an intensity of the signals. The spectrogram is a "weaving" together of the two directions of electromagnetic signals, as they pass-through the atmosphere.
Harmonics. Frequency waves are peak-to-peak events, which is properly measured as Hertz; cycles-per-second. As the originating frequency waves travel around the planet, interfering with each other, these interferences start to "rarify", or stack-up, into the series of harmonics; which are seen as horizontal bands on the spectrogram at 6.6 Hertz increments, starting at the base of 7.8 resonance frequency.

Observations on SR Conditions (as measured in Tomsk, Russia)
The measurement of Schumann resonances is not that of wave frequency; but the measurements of a series of harmonics; which begin at 7.8 Hertz; then solidifies again at 14.1; then 20.7; then 27,1; then 33.3 Hertz.
Harmonics are a series of Resonances, which are standing waves, and also consider to be interference patterns. By combining the results of the linear graphs of the 12 channels of the dependencies, into one single plotting, we arrive at the spectrogram. Two types of antenna measure the respective vectors of electrity (amplitude), and of the two axes of magnetics (Quality); along with the relative size of the wavelength in kilometers.
Harmonics are caused from two, or more waves being out of syncronization; which interfere with each other to create a resonance, or harmonic frequency. The spectrogram holographically repreduces the invisible interferences of these atmospheric radio waves.
Amplitude spikes are not resonances, nor are they harmonics, nor are they measured in Hertz, which is cycles per second. Amplitude is the electric-side of the signal, as measured by deci-Bels of electronVolts.
Amplitude (the electrical component) comes top-down, from the ionosphere (at around 200,000 Volts). to the Earth ground.
Amplitude is top-down, meaning it does not "rise" to a frequency. Amplitude does not "reach" up to a frequency. Amplitude lowers down to a reported deciBel power rating, which is pico-electronVolt deciBels of amplitude; amplitude is a charge, measured as +, or -.
Amplitude spikes are not resonances, nor are these harmonic frequencies. Amplitude spikes are jolts of electricity, which come top-down from a much higher voltage than that which is reported by the antenna detector complex.
Quality is the magnetic flux, measured in pico-Teslas; this is current, which is a direction. Amplitude is Intensity, as measured by deci-Bels
Ionosphere acts as a type of mulit-layered membrane that is elastic, which can compress, which will increase harmonics. Lightning is the primary cause of the Schumann-series of resonances. These discharges within the cavity of the AC Circuit is our first, primary source of these Amplitude bursts; releases from high voltage to the Earth-ground circuit.
Synchronous mode means that the input signal from the dependencies of Modes 1-4, are displaying a nearly-identical signal at this spike of Amplitude; which is also called the vertical conductivity channel.
Amplitude is the Vertical frequency, as measured in deci-Bels, specifically in the pico- scale.

General Helpful Information On Electron-discharge Of The Planetary Sphere.
Earth sphere (which includes the Planet herself, our ionosphere, the magnetosphere, etc.) system uses both DC and AC Circuits to convey electricity around the Global electric circuit. Thee two components use separate, but interrelated, methods of transferring electricity and "electron depositioning" throughout the circuits of the planet herself. Basic description of behaviour is as follows:
DC. Direct Current Circuit. Generates from the direct radiation of sun to earth connectivity; further transmitting and conducting through the planet through the planetary "leylines". Many rocks are actually conductive, under the proper circumstances.
AC. Alternating Current Circuit. Results of lightning discharges [DC sources: irradiance, or lightning] , waves which vascillate; eventually coalesce, combining into interference patterns, which we recognize as the Schumann resonances.
The Ionosphere. This "envelope" is essentially where the irradience from our sun is turned from a plasma into "visible light". Through having certain densities of the plasma discharges from the sun, "caught" within the magnetic gravity of the Earth's magnetic field. This plasma-type "sea" of electron charge(+/-); it is an envelop of electronic potential of ~200-250,000 volts. This layer of highly charged electrons envelopes, and encircles the Earth planetary sphere as a boundry layer of high-charge potential which holds intact the mass of plasma, not penetrating the magnetosphere. This system is held intact, and constant due to a number of due to the spinning motion of the planet, and various atmospheric pressures, of the spacially dense elements of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc.
SR "Waveguide".
The so-called waveguide of the SR is the "insulating cavity" of ionosphere-to-Earth. This cavity remains consistent over the course of time. Yet, there are variable fluxuations which happen periodically; such as diurnal (day-night) variations and occasions with coronal mass ejections. This cavity is generally consistent; yet, fluxuations of this effect the SR, through increasing the density of the harmonics.
The "cavity" of the common air we breath: [nitrogen-oxygen-water vapor-argon mixture], that layer below the Thermosphere, acts as a (fine-enough) insulator of electric charge. Normally, the charge within the ionosphere stays intact as this envelope of potential charge. However, under certain circumstances, conditions allow for the discharge of electrons to the planet's surface. Lightning charges are "arcs" or a non-linear hopping across spacial density through a path of least resistance. A straightline may not always be the quickest route through a spacial density.
The insulating cavity of our lower atmosphere becomes breached due to the ground potential of the planet changing. Water vapour decreases impedance or resistance of the lower atmosphere. Lightning does not strike water often, as water is not a good grounding material; it conducts charge through the medium, and not into the planet herself. Water conducts laterally, not longitudinally, such as amplitude.
The insulating cavity becomes breached by quick, sharp bursts of electric discharge between ionospheric layer, and the Earth Ground; theoretically into the central electric convection current of the magmatic layer of the mantle. The ionosphere is a DC conductive circuit of the plasma coming from solar radience, filtered into the conductive envelope surrounding the planet's sphere. The liquid magmatic layer within the Earth's core operates the DC conductive circuit.
Upon the Surface of the planet there is water, which acts as an elemental conversion mechanism between DC and AC circuits. Schumann resonances is the resolution of DC charge (+/-) discharge between ionosphere and Earth ground; creating these interference patterns from the magnetic current (N/S), behaving as a coherent wave of a certain frequency. Schumann resonance is the resolution of electron discharge between these two DC circuit systems (as above explained), which generally act independently of each other. Lightning is a DC charge conduction, within an AC operating environment.
What is most important about the understanding of DC vs. AC circuit, relative to the Schumann Resonances?
Rectification. One of the primary understandings is about the function of a rectifier. This is a mechanism that transduces one to the other: AC current to DC charge. The human body is a transducer of AC into DC of the Earth ground circuit. Much of the activation of the atmospheric charge around us, is not intended for us to hold on to, as it results in multitudes of problems for our nervous system, concomitant with cognitive / mental functions.
DC charge is the quick dispersion, directed from high potential state to Earth ground anode. This electron discharge exists as a plasma, due to the molecular depositioning, as it moves through our Nitrogen-oxygen-etc "insulating cavity". In order to travel through what would ordinarily be a barrier, an exchange is made. Our induced plasma (which is a gaseous, or amorphous, formless state, existing through magnetic gravity), is induced as a column of joule-heated electrons, conduced to the planet's surface.
The principle of "lowest resistance" is the easier means of conducing the high potential into its Grounding "home" of the planet's DC circuit. A lightning strike is not a "straightline". Yet, the crooks, and jags are indeed the linear resolution of a pathway of least resistance. A pathway is not "forced". It is allowed through the exchange of charged plasmic, photonic energies into a cohesive wave.
This cohesive wave is created at first by the initial exchange, agreement between the molecules, initially reacting to the incoming energy through becoming excited, then vibrate outwards laterally into the insulating cavity through these exchanges of electron charges to fill-in the holes in the valences; meaning a vacancy at the atomic level was available to allow for the exchange. O2, Oxide is used initially in the exchange, as it's so prevalent in the upper atmosphere. One the entire voltage exchanges is completed, there is the column of momentary vacuum created from the heat, the air rushes in, crashes into itself, thusly creating a second set of ripples, our primary fundamental (of the SR harmonics) frequency of 8Hz.
Understanding The Interchange Between DC and AC; is imperative to understanding the relationship between Amplitude and Quality.
Light exists as both particle, and wave. Particles maybe contained within, or as a plasma field, which is shapeless, or formless, existing unified through their shared bonds of electrons. They exist within time, or "as time," without a spacial, or density construct anchoring them "into place." These exist without space essentially. Time, as a universal construct starts to dissolve within the constraints of these plasmic fields.
Amplitude, is "height", or electric, DC content of the SR spectrum; essentially an amorphous field traveling in a "straightline" takes the path of least resistance; moves with a velocity. Velocity is a "speed", or straightline measurement. Lightning discharges happen within the span of a second, the base time scale of a Hertz, or cycle per second. A discharge, or series of discharges happening within the span of a second, are not recordable as a frequency, nor can they be ascribed a time derivative function, such as a wave is given. Amplitude, are the vertical, upright spikes seen on the Spectrogram. These upright spikes are not a measurement of frequency. Again, these are a function of velocity, owning to it's plasmic nature.
Quality is the magnetic flux, or movement of the wave; indicating our proper AC circuit vector of the Schumann Resonance spectrum. These electromagnetic, radio-frequency waves encircle the globe; eventually bumping into themselves, creating these resonant harmonic frequency standing waves. These are recorded as the horizontal bands of the spectrogram. These are the longer-lasting effects of the DC discharges.

How To Interperate The Reports From Observing Stations (such as Tomsk S.O.S.); which measure the ELF (Extremely low Frequency) range.
First, let me address the issue of "incoming 5D/6D Gamma bursts", relative to the detectors of Schumann resonance range waves/radiation/energies." There's a general sea of misinformation, from which the majority/the masses/the collective seems to be dipping, within which comes the body of knowledge, relevant to the Schumann Resonances. Much of what those White spikes is claimed to be by the misinformed, or poorly-informed, is energy which not actually able to be detected, nor subsequently reported by the Schumann Resonance detectors. Additionally, some of those same signals are actually filtered-out too, within the "natural course" of processing these signals.
As seen reported and posted from the Tomsk State University's Space Reporting System, we are faced with 4 panels of information, which detail the following reports: Spectrogram, Amplitude, Quality, Frequency
Spectrogram. This is the first chart or graph given in the full report from the Tomsk Space Observing System, which is based at Tomsk State University, in Tomsk Siberia, Russia. This full-color graphic, is created as a composite "plotting" of the 3 Dependencies of: Amplitude, Quality, Frequency. Amplitude is shown as the vertical uprights. Quality is the horizontal bands. Frequency controls the "brightness" of the patterns.
Amplitude. This dependency is the first line graph under the spectrogram. Electrics which act in near unison, indicate the energies would be "incoming" originating beyond our ionosphere. Amplitude is plotted on the spectrogram as vertical spikes. Amplitude/electric photonic energy (which is actually more of a plasma) comes in top-down, from the ionospheric portion of the atmosphere, where it is mostly charge (as measured in electronVolts). The tallest of the pulses (amplitude is the particles side of light), is measured by Mode 1, the White coloured line graphs.
Eventually, electrics turn into magnetics, called "Quality", as described below. As the plasma of the highly photonic the electric component-side of solar irradience interacts with the nitrogen/oxygen molecules (of our immediate atmosphere where we actually live), the plasma "particles" degrade, or convert, into magnetic waves. Incoming energies, sourced directly from the sun is much more highly- charged electrical in nature, yet it too has the magnetic component which is later-arriving. Successively this plasma is degraded into the waves of magnetism, which start spreading out horizontally. These develop into the first sets of resonances which head out, into our immediate environment.
Quality. This is the second line graph given from Tomsk. These are the magnetic bands, appearing horizontally on the spectrogram. Quality is the magnetic flux, as measured in the pico-Tesla scale. The Quality dependency appears as a vertical line graph; yet, it's important to remember that this dependency gets plotted on the spectro- horizontally, not vertically. Measured in pico-Teslas, which is magnetic flux, or movement. It is based on a spactial scale along with a Weber.
Frequency. Measured the wavelength in kilometers. This is not the velocity, nor the resonant/resonance frequency, 0.1-40 Hertz is the frequency range, as measured in Tomsk.
3 Hz wavelength is 100,000 Kilometers, up to 30 Hertz wavelength is 10,000 Kilometers. Kilo is 1,000. 10,000 kilometers, is 10 Million meters in wavelength, at 3 Hertz. Hertz is cycles per second. In one second, that signal has gone 3,000,000 meters. This means that it has met-up with itself multiple times.
F4(Green) measures the largest of these waves; followed by F3 (red); followed by F2 (yellow); followed by F1 (white).
If 3 Hertz is 100,000 km, and 30 Hz is 10,000 km...with some simple math, you can figure the "speed" of the wave.
HOW IT WORKS.
The Schumann Resonance Spectra is mechanical-sensor in-the-field-antenna-based measurements of the EMF envelope. This Electro-magnetic Field envelops, surrounds the earth; these RF waves are bounded by the Earth on one side, then out to the outer edge of the ionosphere, ultimately constrained by the magnetosphere;
These mechanical antennae are placed in remote locations, (often on mountains to avoid as much domestic interference as possible); they are custom-built to detect and measure a certain bandwidth, or range of frequencies, depending upon the internal “windings” (the copper coils which are wound-around a electro-magnetically permeable dipole;
Amplitude is the electrical portion of the EMF radiation, which we receive, and gets propagated at 90 degrees perpendicular to the Earth, is therefore measured by a vertical antenna;
Quality is the magnetic component of EMF radiation, which propagates along the horizontal, in effect hugging the Earth, the two dipoles, aligned along North-South, and East-West axes, which are 90 degrees relative to each other;
After which the data is fed through the front-end receiver, which may provide any of the following functions: amplifier/filter/analog-to-digital conversion;
After which this converted and “corrected” signal goes to a computer server/database/A.I. algorith to determine the veracity of the data;
There-then to plot it into the spectrograph and dependencies reports, some of which data is not transmitted to the reports through the means of the AI algorithm determining it “out of bounds,” or otherwise ‘untrue’.
"The Schumann" Glyph.
The Schumann Resonance Harmonics report registers, graphs and charts these interacting energies/waves of electro-magnetism which bounce around our ionosphere- atmospheric envelop. Traditionally, these were understood as generated through lightning activity and discharges. Yet, increasingly, we are witnessing previously-unseen highly-charged particles arriving onto the Schumann resonances reports, as this solar system moves into a novel sector of galactic space.
As these new Galactic waves arrive (ostensibly, to assist at this Harvest Time), we see these developing into: intricate patterns of interweaving lines of variously coloured threads, representing varying lines of electric and/or magnetic forces which are becoming increasingly evident, intermingling with our local atmosphere.
The highly-detailed, full-color spectrograph is the most dramatic presentation of these reports. This full-color spectroscopic "glyph" is most often the only information on "The Schumann" which gets pulled-out for public presentation, for understanding. Unfortunately, so little is actually understood, that it makes informed discussions difficult at best, and misleading at its worse
This spectrographic composite is plotted from the individual reports of the "12 Dependencies," as explained briefly below.
The DEPENDENCIES.
The Primary Dependencies: [“A”] AMPLITUDE, [“Q”] QUALITY, [“F”] FREQUENCY.
Found beneath the Spectrograph are the series of line graphs which tell the tale of the tape, so to speak.
In all, 12 dependencies color and shape the patterns of “tapestry” shown on the full-color spectrograph.
Amplitude: is the electrical component of the signal, as measured on the pico-electronVolt scale, (pico is 10 to the negative 15th exponent.) This is the height, or electric charge.
Amplitude moves "beyond frequency," as a directed plasmic stream; it is a straight-line vector, therefore it's a velocity component, or "speed." This is why the amplitude power, the upright spikes can NOT EVER be given as FREQUENCY function number.
Resonance Frequency is a harmonic. An eventual-stasis point, a "statistically-stable" frequency resulting from the interference of two or more fundamental, or base frequencies,
Quality: is the magnetic component of the signal, as measured on the pico-Tesla scale. Magnetics move as a wave, therefore they, are measured in frequency, which is cycles per second.
Frequency: How big are these cycles? Here measured, reported is the size, or volume of the wave (within certain parameters) across a certain distance in the Kilometer scale (eg., Mode 4, Green's, Frequency Range is 10-100 Thousand Kilometers); running along the temporal (Time) dimension of UTC*.
(*UTC, Universal Time Code, is an atomic clock based at Greenwich, England. It determines a second based on the decay of cesium atoms in a magnetic bottle, not one which is based on the previous method of a solar year, or of Earth's annual solar revolutions.
UTC is 0 starting in Greenwich. Tomsk is +7. East Coast USA is UTC-5.)

Each Dependency of A, Q, F, has sub-dependencies measured through antenna-sensors of one of four Modes; measuring the lowest energies of the EMF spectra:
4 = GREEN (Extremely LF)
3 = RED (Super LF)
2 = YELLOW (Ultra LF)
1 = WHITE (Very LF)

Amplitude is reported in 4 unique bandwidths, or ranges of electrical content, independently from;

Frequency also has its 4 Modes, or ranges of volume by wavelengths which are reported.
