In the "Popular topics" section [of the FB group Schumann Resonance] there is a tag marked "Grounding", with posts discussing the subject of grounding, and why this is important.

SR are atmospheric electromagnetics; meaning this is electricity & magnetism hold within the atmosphere, that is "stationed" around the globe, as layers of electro-megneto-gravity, which blankets the earth. Electricity converts to magnetism, which eventually gets bound as resonant harmonics, which kinda "hum" in place, as a type of gravity.
This is resident electricty and magnetism in the air around you, that is looking for a chance to ground itself into the planet. You, potentially are one of these conductors, if you so choose to be.
The Schumann resonances are not causing your ringing ears, nor the vertigo, nor the frontal headaches, especially not your nausea, nor the anxiety. These are coming as a result of the person not properly grounding him/herself into the Earth Ground.
Schumann resonances are electromagnetics, in the atmosphere, which normally occur, and have been there likely since the beginning. As solar activity which is somewhat stronger electromagnetically than the Schumann resonances, (measured in nano-Tesla) kicks-into gear; regardless of what a mechanically reproduced chart tells you, these so-called symptoms, need to be electrically grounded into the Earth Ground.
This is the ONLY way to successfully deal with the persistent ringing, and vertigo, etc. It is your distance away from the sacred spirit of the planet, GAIA, that has your ears, and crystals humming in sympathetic vibrations of the atmospheric electronics.
Earth ground is telluric currents of the planet. These telluric currents are the actual heartbeat function of the planet. Schumann resonances happen in the "waveguide" of the atmosphere of the planet.
