Solar activity can add excess voltage into the atmosphere, forcing it down from the upper atmosphere to us.
This creates technological problems for this who use wireless, as well as domestic electronics, especially those which are NOT shielded, which is most of them.
Networks still relying on copper conductors, will be subject to excess atmospherics. The grounding method is extremely important.
The magnetic poles of the planet are shifting. As they do, this changes the grounding potential of the planet itself.
Electronic technology often does not function at its most optimal for humans, during these times of heavy exchange within the telluric currents.
As we experience internet, network, connectivity issues between our communicator-devices, expect to see delays in the reporting of the Schumann resonances detector units, while they post their results to the global network.
Tomsk is an educational institution, which provides this information free to the public, as a condition of their charter as a public institution. They are not responsible for outages in the networks which delay the timely publication of the reports.

Current observations.
Amplitude features a spike at 14Hrs Local time, on 3rd Oct.; synchronous burst, among the 4 modes. Also seeing a simultaneous spiking of Quality in White, Yellow modes.
Generally, a calm, stable day for Amplitude. This is the vertical conductivity channel, of additional voltage, or surplus, free-floating electron content.
Voltage is local, and it stays a relatively short time, before it is converted into coherent waves or magnetism, which is conducted in the atmosphere, as measured in units of Teslas.
This effects the thinking, and ability to form thoughts in the brain. Nervous functions are conducted electro-chemically through the nerve fibres. The pacemaker of the heart is effected by ambient electric-side activity.
Quality is the measure of the degredation of Amplitude into a coherent wave, thus travelling in a direction. Amplitude degrades into quality, which is the horizontal travel of the emf waves, coming from lightning. This is the predominant cause of the Schumann resonances.
Quality, the magnetic-side is what continues around the world to eventually form into the Schumann resonances. These are a subtle ringing within the cavity of the "waveguide." This atmospheric humming is the product of two fundamental waves interfering with each other, to create a third, more stable tone, or resonance. than the fundamentals which created it.
The Schumann resonances are a series of harmonics, which are caused in this fashion. Fundamental emf radiations emit into the atmosphere as voltage from lightning discharge, converting into magnetic-side coherent waves, which resolve into the Schumann-series of atmospheric harmonics.
The resonant frequency of ~7.8Hz is the foundational harmonic. It is always present. The Schumann resonances are a series of harmonics. It is a group of resonance frequencies; which are separate by 6.6Hz increments. The first one starts at 7.8; with the others building from that one. It is not going to be increasing in frequency.
Collective consciousness is not what's powering the Schumann resonances. I get alot of hate mail for suggesting that "collective consciousness" as people are looking for it to happen, is going to take alot more than the residual work of the Schumann resonances. They can not do automatically for people as a whole, what the individual will not, nor can not do for himself.
7.8 is one in a series of harmonics. This is not a small point. This is not an inconvenient fact that can be dismissed, or mentally factored out. There is a physical principle of third density being "packets".
There is the linear, DC function, of first density. Then, there is the cyclical wave of second density. Then, there is the packet form, of third density, where things want to cluster, or accumulate into a complex form.
The series of harmonics is a clustering of resonant frequencies, assembled into a morphographical structure. In full activation, the series of harmonics has a stabilizing effect on the human organism; up to the ~46Hz range. Occasionally, there's glimpses of the 52Hz resonance, but that's usually too sensitive to be detected.
It's important to point out that the highest resonances are only available during the middle of the day, when the ionosphere is most active. During nighttime hours, Schumann resonance activity is at its lowest point, generally speaking.
Collective consciousness being equal and uniform among everyone, as we are all magically ascending as a group is one more of those new age myths, that we are getting innundated by, as we look to understand what's intended, and what's being invented as we go along.
There's alot I can say about what Collective Consciousness actually IS, but this may not be the proper place for this discussion. I did want to take some time and address what it most definitely is not, relative to Schumann resonances. I will be developing more of this dialog on this topic, as we go along in future days.

Frequency. ...and a bunch of other words confused for it.
Frequency. Technically this phrase designates is used to designate peak events over time. This is also cycles per second, such as a wave, propagating along a horizontal fashion.
This is one of the most misleading terms ever, relative to Schumann Resonances, atmospheric electro-magnetics, and the alleged "Awakening."
Frequency, is "cycles per second," which relates to a repetitious function, or to waves. A straight-line vector is not a frequency; that is a velocity. Amplitude is not a frequency, but a height, or intensity. Quality measurement as a frequency, is the measure of magnetics (which are coherent waves), measured in distance from peak-to-peak.
Frequency is a term with broad, often confusing usage. Below is a list of 'objects-in-motion'-words confused FOR frequency:
- Amplitude is vertical frequency, or Intensity, measured as deci-Bels of electron-Volts. Spikes relative to the spectrogram are scaled vectors, based upon the limitations of the scope itself.
- Resonant frequency is the difference between two fundamental, or originating waves, called "wavefronts". These fundamentals run into each other repeatedly. This causes interference patterns, called "standing waves". Standing waves are quasi-stationary; they oscillate in place in the atmosphere.
- Harmonics are a series of resonances, which are splitting-off from the original primary resonance into a harmonic set of evenly-spaced resonant frequency variants; in this case its differential frequency, or the separation between the resonant harmonics is 6.6 Hz. Again, this is a differential in the series, of one harmonic from another.
- Standard measurement of radio waves is the distance in kilometers, over time. The number values given in the Frequency dependence from Tomsk is a measure of kilometers; this is not the resonant frequency.
- The electric scale of a person is separated by 10 Hz. Each of your primary energy center portals ('the chakras') operates in 10 Hz differentials.
- Periodicity, of heart rate function; synchronization of body centers with states of brain activity: called coherence.
- Sympathetic vibrations is the best way of looking at this phenomena; essentially it's where one base resonance was moved to meet another, stronger base resonance.
